A Large Conglomerate (10+ entities) – Change Management During Digital Transformation

Objective definition:

The Group started digital transformation journey towards a new enterprise wise, harmonized system covering all they key functions. The legacy system reflected highly engrossed internally developed routines and processes, which needed to change with the best practice; hence aligning stakeholder and onboarding users was considered critical for successful adoption.

As a team lead on the program, our approach was as follows :

  • Change management strategy: describing the vision and case for change, organization’s digital transformation goals, the limitations of the legacy system, and the criticality of stakeholder alignment and user onboarding
  • Stakeholder: analysis, engagement and alignment
  • Communication: planning and drafting of key messages
  • Behavioral and sentiment analysis: at different phases
  • Business readiness: assessment covering dimensions as user readiness, data readiness, process clarity, trainings and capabilities

 

Time frame: 18 months
