Objective definition
Fauji Foundation Group is undertaking a group-wide SAP S/4HANA RISE transformation (Project Optimus) across 29 legal entities, including four listed companies. With a programme of this scale and spread, there was a clear need to prepare leaders, functions and employees for new processes and ways of working, and to drive change consistently across entities rather than leaving each to manage adoption on its own.
Approach
As a team lead on the program, our approach was as follows:
- Change strategy and governance: Designed a group-wide change strategy and governance model, with a Steering Committee and Working Groups to steer change across all entities.
- Readiness assessments: Assessed culture, change readiness and digital maturity to understand where each part of the group stood ahead of the rollout.
- Change impact and training needs: Carried out change-impact analysis and a training needs assessment to identify what would change for each function and the capability required.
- Capability building: Developed a group-level capability-building plan to close the identified gaps.
- Change Champion Network: Established a cross-entity Change Champion Network linked to the SAP delivery waves, building local ownership of adoption.
